Privacy Notice
This notice explains what personal data Afters Cards collects through this website, why, and what your rights are. Afters Cards is a project of Rainfall. If you have any questions about it, email hello@rainfall.build.
What we collect
If you use the enquiry form, we collect the name and email address you enter, and the message you send us. That is all we collect through this site: there are no accounts, no payments are taken here, and there is no advertising or analytics tracking.
How the form works
The enquiry form is handled by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service that receives your submission and forwards it to our inbox. Web3Forms processes your details only to deliver that message to us. If you email us directly instead, your message is handled as ordinary email.
Why we use it
We use your details only to read and reply to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is your consent in choosing to contact us, together with our legitimate interest in responding.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, and then we delete them.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use cookies or third-party analytics. The site stores one flag in your browser's session storage so the short intro animation does not replay during the same visit. It is not used to identify or track you, and it is cleared when you close the tab.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and to restrict or object to how we use it. To do any of these, email hello@rainfall.build.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
